Returns
You can return products within 14 days in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt.
1. How do I return an item?
Each shipment includes a return label and form. To return an item, please contact our customer support at info@lolsie.com.
2. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and check your return, the refund will be processed to your chosen payment method within 7 business days.
3. Can I exchange a returned item immediately?
Direct exchanges are not possible. A refund will be issued once the returned item reaches our warehouse.
4. Are shipping costs refunded?
Shipping costs are borne by the customer when returning an order.
5. How do I track my return?
After returning via our courier partner, you can check the return status in your account or at
lolsie.com/tracking.
6. What if the item is damaged during delivery?
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, please submit a complaint through our customer support at info@lolsie.com.
7. What if my parcel doesn’t fit in the locker?
Return it at the nearest post office. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8. How long do I have to return an item?
